Tell us which motorcycle needs moving

Share the make and model, its approximate size and whether it rolls and steers. Scooters, larger touring bikes and damaged motorcycles can need different loading arrangements. If the bike has fallen, a wheel is locked, the forks are damaged or the keys are missing, say so before collection is planned. Do not ride an unsafe motorcycle or try to move it simply to answer a question.

Access matters as much as the destination

A bike in a narrow side passage needs a different approach from one on an open garage forecourt. Give the exact pickup address, gate width, steps, slope and any access restrictions. Tell us whether someone will be present to release it. Loading suitability, securing points and available equipment are assessed around the specific motorcycle.

A workshop delivery or a purchase collection

If your motorcycle is going to a workshop, check that it can be accepted at the proposed time. For a private purchase, confirm payment, release permission and key handover with the seller. Send a full delivery address or postcode and note whether a person will be available to receive the bike.

Confirm the collection plan

Use the quote assistant and select Motorcycle recovery if it is not already selected. Write the motorcycle details and any accessories or loose items in the notes. The team checks price and availability before you agree a booking, with any collection time and handover needs confirmed separately.

BEFORE YOUR COLLECTION

Your questions, answered.

Can you collect a motorcycle that will not start?

Tell us the make and model, whether the wheels turn and whether it steers. The team checks loading suitability and equipment before accepting the collection.

Can you transport a scooter or a larger touring bike?

Provide the exact model, size and condition. Availability depends on suitable equipment and safe loading and securing arrangements for that bike.
