Information you provide
The assistant collects your name, phone number, preferred contact method, vehicle, pickup and drop-off details, date and any notes you add. If you allow the current-location request, it also attaches a GPS pickup pin. You can type an address instead. Please do not include card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Why it is used
Your answers are emailed to the recovery team to assess the vehicle and journey, respond with a quote and arrange the service if you book. Relevant pickup, delivery and vehicle details may be shared with the operator needed for an agreed collection. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Delivery records and location permission
The website keeps limited delivery metadata: a reference, timestamp, status and hashed values used to prevent duplicate emails and limit abuse. Customer answers are delivered by email rather than stored in that delivery table. Old delivery metadata is removed as new enquiries are processed. The current-location control asks for browser permission and attaches one pin; it does not continuously track you.
