After shopping, work or a city visit
If the vehicle will not start, tell us whether it is in an open bay, a multi-storey level or a private parking area. Include the car park name and the entrance used by vehicles. A photograph of a barrier or height sign is useful when the recovery vehicle cannot simply follow the same route as your car.
Events can change the approach
Cardiff Council publishes major-event road closures as well as routine works. A nearby postcode may lead to a closed street or a different entrance on the day. Give your collection date and any instructions from the venue or car park operator so the route can be checked before the collection arrangement is confirmed.
Get the car to a useful destination
For a garage delivery, confirm the receiving address and who can accept the keys. If you are visiting Cardiff, tell us whether you want local recovery or transport towards home. Passenger requirements should be included early so available seating can be checked alongside the car’s loading needs.
Your questions, answered.
Can a truck enter every city-centre car park?
No. Height, turning space and private access vary. Share the car park and level so the team can assess the appropriate method before accepting the job.
Can I request help after an event?
Yes. State the venue, location and preferred collection time in your notes. The team will check availability and any road closures affecting the approach.
